Warranty

Rupp Family Construction offers a 1 year warranty from the date of major completion or final payment. It is a surety coverage which protects the new construction from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months. The warranty does not cover items caused by homeowner neglect. As in all cases, we hope to surpass your expectations in quality of workmanship and service. Your complete satisfaction is our desire. In rare circumstances in which we cannot gain 100% customer satisfaction or when our performance is disputed, workmanship will be evaluated by the strict parameters of the “Residential Construction Performance Guidelines; 3rd Edition”.

We have a 10 year structural warranty we offer as well, which covers major structural defects in the load bearing members of the structure. You are welcome to visit the links below for more information.
